Want to drop what's holding you back, and level up what works?

Train your mind. Fast. Neuroscience‑backed. The same mechanism that makes EMDR work.

How Envision Yoga Works

The next gear isn't more effort. It's less.

Envision Yoga uses bilateral audio. It is the same thing used in EMDR therapy. It creates a calm, REM-like state. Then yoga, visualization and affirmations work as reps for your mind. You show up sharper. The world responds to that.

Where this comes from: the science and the lineage.

What people say

Annie Graf

So grateful to be one of the first to try this incredible new practice! I've been practicing for 15 years and I can honestly say this is like nothing I've ever experienced.

Amir Jahanshahi

I went in thinking it'd just be a relaxing yoga class - but it ended up being so much more. Over the days that followed, I began having powerful insights into my patterns and limiting beliefs. It really helped crystallize a perspective I hadn't fully seen before. Deeply grateful for this experience.

Bao Lee

After 8 weeks of Envision Yoga, I definitely notice a drastic reduction of negative and self-blaming thoughts, better able to focus at work, and I feel less "stuck" in my life and my growth and more confident. More open to trying new things. And I've made positive changes toward self-care.

Maurice James

I was expecting just to have a relaxing yoga session but ended up with some deeply personal insights that I have been meditating on. Thanks Envision!

Start private sessions

In Los Angeles, or over Zoom.

We start with a short phone call to see if it's a fit. Tell me how to reach you and I'll set it up.

Text or email to set up the call?
Example: more joy, less fear, greater self-trust. Optional.

Two ways to do it

I only take a small number of private clients so each one gets my full attention.

One session

$200

Most people feel the shift within the hour.

Best if: you want to feel it before you decide.

Book a session · $200

After you book, I reach out within a day. We do a short phone call first, then we find a time for your session.

What happens in a private session

Leah guiding a student through a supported pose in a private session
  1. Ten minutes talking. What do you want to create more of in your life? The rest of the hour gets built around that.
  2. Forty-five minutes of yoga. Sound moves ear to ear the whole time. It creates a calm, REM-like state. Then visualization and affirmations are reps for your mind, aimed at the goal you named.
  3. The rest of the week. Over the next few days it is common to get clear on something, sleep hard, or have vivid dreams.
  4. Then you do it again. Most clients go weekly or every other week. Reps are what move the needle.

Questions

Where does it happen?

I come to you, or over Zoom. Other options available upon request.

How far do you travel?

Anywhere in LA. The flat $200 covers a drive of about 30 minutes. Past that there is likely a travel fee, and I give you the number before you book.

Do I need yoga experience?

No. I fit the yoga to you. The hour is built around your goal, not your flexibility.

Is this therapy?

No. This is mental fitness. It uses the same left-right audio EMDR therapy uses, but it is not EMDR and I am not a therapist. If you need clinical care, a licensed clinician comes first. Plenty of people do both.

What do I need to have ready?

Clothes you can move in and space to practice. A mat if you have one. I bring the audio. On Zoom you need your own mat, laptop and wireless earbuds for the left-right sound.

How often do people do this?

Most clients go weekly or every other week. One hour tells you if it works for you. Reps are what move a baseline.

One session or the Program?

New to this? Take the hour. It tells you more than this page can. Already know the thing you want to work on? Go straight to the Program. One hour feels good. Nine is what builds the life you deserve. Still torn, book the call and I will tell you which one I would put you in.
