Envision Yoga is a neuroscience-backed mental fitness method (not traditional yoga). It uses bilateral stimulation to mimic REM sleep, then uses yoga, visualization, and affirmation to help people reduce stress, sharpen focus, and shift mental patterns.
Yes. Envision Yoga is a somatic, body-based practice: the work happens through the body and nervous system, not just the thinking mind. The bilateral audio settles the nervous system into a calm, receptive state, and the yoga, visualization and affirmations do the rest. If you've explored nervous system regulation or other body-based work, this will feel familiar - with the bilateral mechanism as the difference.
To be clear about the line: Envision Yoga is not somatic therapy, and it's not a substitute for therapy.
No. Envision Yoga is mental fitness, not therapy. It uses bilateral stimulation, the same mechanism used in EMDR therapy, but it is not EMDR and Leah is not a therapist. If you're in active crisis or need clinical support, a licensed clinician is the right first stop. Many people practice Envision Yoga alongside therapy, or after it.
Envision Yoga is designed for people who are ready to feel better, grow, and move forward.
If you're in active crisis or need clinical support, this work may not be the right starting point.
If you're ready to build calm, confidence, and momentum, it can be incredibly powerful.
Envision Yoga is accessible to all levels.

During a session, you may feel a powerful sense of presence and emotional clarity. Many people experience:
Because the practice works with your nervous system and subconscious mind, it's not uncommon for unexpected emotions, memories, or physical sensations to arise. Whatever surfaces is part of the process - and you're always supported in moving through it gently and safely.
Bilateral stimulation, the underlying mechanism of EMDR therapy, is a rhythmic left-right sensory input. In Envision Yoga, we use auditory bilateral stimulation - gentle tones that move from left to right via speakers positioned on either side of your mat.
This helps downshift the nervous system from a state of high-alert into a state of active receptivity. This shift creates a mental "clearing" where the mind can more easily integrate positive affirmations and visualize future goals without the interference of the inner critic.
The sound follows a carefully crafted tempo arc that mirrors the nervous system's natural rhythm, helping you transition from the day's busy-ness into a deeply grounded state. Most participants notice a sense of "mental quiet," increased clarity, and a feeling of being refreshed and regulated - both during the session and long after they leave the mat.
In the days following an Envision Yoga session, many people report feeling:
Everyone's experience is different, and there's no "right" way to feel afterward.
It's also normal for some people to notice temporary emotional sensitivity or shifts in mood, especially if something meaningful surfaced during the session. This doesn't mean anything is wrong - it's often part of the nervous system settling into a new state.
You might notice things like:
If this happens, gentle self-care can be helpful - rest, hydration, light movement, time outdoors, or journaling. Giving yourself a little extra space and kindness tends to support the experience as it integrates naturally.
With consistent practice over time, many people find that Envision Yoga supports:
Dreams are one of the ways the mind processes and integrates new beliefs. You might experience vivid, symbolic, or even emotionally charged dreams in the days following a session - this is a sign your system is working with and integrating new patterns.
It's a beautiful opportunity to observe what your inner world is trying to show you, and continued practice often brings clarity and resolution.
