Mental fitness. It is a somatic practice: you do gentle yoga while sound moves from your left ear to your right. That drops you into a calm, open state. Then we add visualization and affirmations.
People who are already doing well and want the next level. Most clients have built a business or a career and never worked on the mind.
If you are in a crisis or need clinical care, this is not the place to start. See a clinician first.
A private session is 60 minutes and $200. No package. The 8-week Program is $1,600. The 15-minute call is free.
The weekly class is $28 at the door. Times on the classes page.
At your place. A living room, a yard, any room you can lie down in. I bring the speakers. Or over Zoom if you have stereo sound.
The flat $200 covers a drive of about 30 minutes. Past that there is likely a travel fee, and I give you the number before you book.
No. It uses the same left-right sound EMDR therapy uses, but it is not EMDR therapy and I am not a therapist. You are awake and in charge the whole hour.
If you need clinical care, a licensed clinician comes first. Plenty of people do both.
No. I fit the yoga to you. The hour is built around your goal, not your flexibility.
Sound that moves left, right, left, right. Through headphones, or speakers on both sides of your mat. It is the same thing EMDR therapy runs on.
It quiets the part of you that scans for trouble. What is left is calm and open. That is the window where a new idea about yourself can land.
The tempo starts slow and climbs, then comes back down. Most people notice a quiet head, clearer edges on things, and a lighter walk out the door.
Most people leave with a quiet head. Over the next few days it is common to get clear on something, sleep hard, or have vivid dreams. That is the work settling in.
Everyone is different. Some people feel a mood swing or a tired day in there too. Rest, water, a walk. It passes.
Do it week after week and what tends to build is steadiness, self-trust, and a clearer read on yourself.
Yes. You need stereo headphones or speakers, a mat, and a laptop with Zoom. I send the audio and the setup notes. Run the ten second headphone check first.
One hour. About 45 minutes of yoga with the audio, then 10 to 15 minutes to close.
A mat, water, and clothes you can move in.
Ask me on the contact form and I will answer it.
The hour tells you more than this page can.
60 minutes at your place, or Zoom. Still deciding? Book a free 15-minute call, or come to a class.
