Personalized sessions to help you feel calmer, stronger, and show up with confidence - faster.
Most people book a private at a turning point - a breakup, a move, a career shift, the end of one chapter and the start of another. The feeling is usually some version of: something needs to change, it has to be me, and it has to be now. If that's where you are, this work was built for exactly that moment.
Others come in good shape and want more: sharper focus, steadier confidence, a nervous system that works with them instead of against them. That works too. The method doesn't need a crisis to be useful.
One honest note: Envision Yoga is not therapy. If you're in active crisis, a licensed clinician is the right first stop - and this practice will still be here after.
In a private session, everything is built around you. Before we begin, we get clear on:
Then we shape the session around that. When the work is personal, the shifts happen faster.

After 8 weeks of Envision Yoga, I definitely notice a drastic reduction of negative and self-blaming thoughts, better able to focus at work, and I feel less "stuck" in my life and my growth and more confident. More open to trying new things. And I've made positive changes toward self-care.

I've now been to five sessions of Envision Yoga and I cannot recommend it enough. It's like the mantras unleashed positivity into my brain. I've been less anxious, less angry, and even been sleeping better. If you're curious about it, please give it a try, you won't be disappointed! 🧘🏻♂️

This is a beautiful process of working to become a strong independent woman. I trust Leah and can easily confide in her my goals and where I want to be in five years. Thank you Leah for helping me to love and trust myself.

Envision Yoga has been super helpful in my mindset and letting go of negative subconscious beliefs. I've noticed a difference in work, respecting myself, and just interactions! I HIGHLY recommend giving it a try!!!

Beyond helping me learn to love and trust myself more, I can tell Envision Yoga is a big reason I no longer have an inner voice nonstop criticizing me and being negative. My brain is very quiet these days, which for me means the absence of anxiety. ❤️

No. Envision Yoga is mental fitness, not therapy. It uses bilateral stimulation, the same mechanism used in EMDR therapy, but it is not EMDR and I'm not a therapist. If you're in active crisis or need clinical support, a licensed clinician is the right first stop. Many clients practice Envision Yoga alongside therapy, or after it.
No. The yoga is gentle and adapted to you. The session is built around your goals, not your flexibility.
At my home studio in Los Angeles, over Zoom, or I can come to you. Zoom sessions need two stereo speakers set up on either side of your mat so the bilateral audio works - I'll send you setup guidance.
Everyone is different. Many people notice a shift after the first session - a quieter mind, better sleep, a lighter mood in the days after. Lasting change in beliefs and patterns builds with consistent practice over weeks, which is why most clients choose a package.
Comfortable clothing you can move in. If we're working over Zoom, you'll need your own mat and two stereo speakers.
Fill out the form and I'll follow up to schedule a brief call to understand what you're ready to change and the life you want to build.
Or skip the form: book a 15-minute intro call right now.
Not sure yet? Come try a class first - it's the easiest way to feel what this is.
