Who this is for

Most people book a private at a turning point - a breakup, a move, a career shift, the end of one chapter and the start of another. The feeling is usually some version of: something needs to change, it has to be me, and it has to be now. If that's where you are, this work was built for exactly that moment.

Others come in good shape and want more: sharper focus, steadier confidence, a nervous system that works with them instead of against them. That works too. The method doesn't need a crisis to be useful.

One honest note: Envision Yoga is not therapy. If you're in active crisis, a licensed clinician is the right first stop - and this practice will still be here after.

Why private sessions?

In a private session, everything is built around you. Before we begin, we get clear on:

  • What you want your life to look like
  • What you're currently struggling with
  • Where you feel stuck, stressed, or unsure
  • What kind of strength or confidence you want to build

Then we shape the session around that. When the work is personal, the shifts happen faster.

What actually happens

  1. We talk first. A short intake conversation about what you want to change and the life you want to build. This shapes everything that follows.
  2. The session. 60 minutes of gentle yoga with bilateral audio playing left-right through speakers beside your mat. Once your nervous system settles into a calm, receptive state, we layer in visualization and affirmations built from your intake.
  3. The days after. Most people feel quieter in the head right away. Insights, vivid dreams, and mood shifts in the following days are common - that's the integration working.
  4. The rhythm. Real momentum builds with repetition. Most clients practice weekly or every other week, and we adjust the work as your goals move.

Private sessions are 60 minutes. At my home studio in Los Angeles, over Zoom, or I can come to you.

Questions people ask

Is this therapy?

No. Envision Yoga is mental fitness, not therapy. It uses bilateral stimulation, the same mechanism used in EMDR therapy, but it is not EMDR and I'm not a therapist. If you're in active crisis or need clinical support, a licensed clinician is the right first stop. Many clients practice Envision Yoga alongside therapy, or after it.

Do I need yoga experience?

No. The yoga is gentle and adapted to you. The session is built around your goals, not your flexibility.

Where do sessions happen?

At my home studio in Los Angeles, over Zoom, or I can come to you. Zoom sessions need two stereo speakers set up on either side of your mat so the bilateral audio works - I'll send you setup guidance.

How many sessions until I notice something?

Everyone is different. Many people notice a shift after the first session - a quieter mind, better sleep, a lighter mood in the days after. Lasting change in beliefs and patterns builds with consistent practice over weeks, which is why most clients choose a package.

What should I wear or bring?

Comfortable clothing you can move in. If we're working over Zoom, you'll need your own mat and two stereo speakers.
